Hi! I've recently purchased an acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop, everything runs perfectly on the laptop.Only thing is , the usb ports are faulty, I've replaced all 3 of them.I've tested each one.All have good ground connections and five volts through them but when you connect a dongle or USB drive, we will not detect them and power them . But it is showing up on the system that they're usb are there , any help would be most appreciated
