Building older PC from spare parts.

Hi.
I am currently putting together a pc using older parts i had lying around.
The problem is that, altough it starts up fine, it wont display anything on the monitor.
"intel core 2 quad slb6b" CPU
"ms 7336 ver 1.0" Motherboard
"PC2-6400U-666-12-E0" RAM x2 = 4gb

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
  1. Check connections: Ensure that all cables, including the monitor cable, are securely connected to both the monitor and the PC.
  2. Monitor input: Make sure the monitor is set to the correct input source. Sometimes, monitors have multiple input sources, and it might be set to the wrong one.
  3. RAM seating: Try reseating the RAM modules. Sometimes, improper seating can cause display issues.
  4. GPU: If you have a dedicated graphics card installed, ensure it is properly seated in its slot. If you're using integrated graphics, skip this step.
  5. BIOS reset: Reset the BIOS settings to default by removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes and then reinserting it. This can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.
  6. Monitor compatibility: Ensure that the monitor is compatible with the resolution and refresh rate being outputted by the PC.
  7. CPU compatibility: Confirm that the CPU is supported by the motherboard and that it is properly installed.
  8. Power supply: Check that the power supply unit (PSU) is providing enough power to all components.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that one of the components (such as the motherboard, CPU, or RAM) may be faulty or incompatible. You may need to try swapping out components one at a time to identify the source of the problem.
