Hi all,
I have a Dell Latitude 3570 laptop. When I plug in the charger, the charger’s LED light turns off. I already tested the charger on another laptop and it works fine. I also removed the battery and tried plugging in the charger, but I get the same result. The laptop won’t power on.

This problem can be caused by several things. What is most likely is that the port (connectors within) of your laptop is either broken or do not succifiently connect with the charger. What you can do is the following:

1. Open up your laptop and try to reach the charging port and see whether or not something is stuck in there (lint).
2. Open up your laptop and see whether or not the charging port is still plugged in to the battery of the laptop or wheter or not something is rusty, this can mean it needs to be replaced.

Maybe this website has some replacement parts for your Dell: https://fixpart.nl/. If you are wary of opening up your laptop on your own, you can go to a repair store but this can probably be fixed by yourself.

Good luck!
