If your Wi-Fi shows up on every other device except one computer, the issue is 192.168.8.1 login likely with that computer’s network settings or adapter.
That’s really annoying when one computer can’t detect the wifi while everything else connects normally. Sometimes the network adapter just needs a fresh driver update, or the PC might not support the band your router is using. I had a similar issue once and even used my globe landline hotspot for a moment just to test the connection.
