Unable to add the operating system to PC

So I'm having problems with trying to add an operating system to my desktop. It did have an operating but it had another person's info from where I bought it. I deleted the old operating system. it also shows Microsoft Office 8 pro as the main in the bios. Just trying to get another operating system back on it. Any info would be much of help.
