Help need please My Computer keeps blue screening

This happening a lot now maybe 3 times a day then boots with a Normal screen any ideas would be gratefully received I have done updates and no change.

Press Win + R, type eventvwr.msc, and press Enter.
Check the 'System' log for errors that occurred at the time of the blue screen, so as to ha e idea of the root cause
