i have some issues in my PC(camera-taken HQ photos show up like paintings in my screen)

my pc-specs are
Operating System:Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GH
Motherboard:Gigabyte. G41MT-S2 (Socket 775)
Graphics:Generic Non-PnP Monitor (1680x1050@59Hz), 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 (Gigabyte)
Storage:465GB Western Digital WDC
Audio:High Definition Audio Device

the problem:
i had some "made in china" PC-screen that are called "QDS vw19b"
and it was 19 inches with 1440/900 HD resolution and 75HZ refresh rate, mostly without supporting HDR
it was great screen that used to show high-quality reality-like photos/videos and it had no problem with my computer, till it was broken and i had to replace it with another one that is "made in japan" and called "NEC ea221wme"
it is 22 inches (used not new, since i currently can't afford new one) with 1680/1050 HD resolution but only with 59.8HZ refresh rate and also without supporting HDR
but after i bought it i discovered that it look a little bluish in the places that are supposed to be white
and it was somewhat a little Blurry(or have some ever-moving chaotic pixels -i think it is called noise-, like the ones that used to appear in TVs in the past when the channels streaming/podcast is over but this one are too few and too transparent to cover/hide the pictures, it just lower it's quality) they can be seen especially when i get close to the screen
and the worse thing is that all the photos/videos look like as if they are paintings not like camera-taken photos!
also white/light areas in the photos/videos seem to be more bright/white than it should be, while dark areas in the photos/videos seem to be more dark than it should be, that make black and white photos/videos look more black than they are
this is very disturbing, eye-stressing and annoying, it stop me from feeling pleasure from most of the photos/videos i see in this screen(i use my PC mainly for entertainment, like watching joyful photos/videos/music and playing video-games)
i bought new VGA cable but the screen kept acting/looking the same, then i bough yet another VGA cable that maybe have somewhat reduced the Blur and made things slightly less worse but did not fix the blackening of the photos/videos or remove it's "painting-effect"

why my screen act like this and why the photos/videos on it look like as if they are paintings, not like high-quality camera-taken photos as they should look and as how they used to look in my old screen?
and how i fix this and make the photos/videos look normal and high quality as they used to look on my old screen?

The issues you're describing with the NEC ea221wme monitor likely stem from a combination of color calibration, refresh rate differences, and possibly the age of the used monitor. Here's how you can try to improve the display quality:

1. Calibrate the Monitor
Color Calibration
Monitors can often have a color imbalance. You can try adjusting the color settings manually using the monitor's built-in menu. Look for options related to color temperature (usually measured in Kelvin). Try setting it to "sRGB" or adjusting the temperature to "6500K" for more accurate colors.
- Windows Calibration Tool
Windows has a built-in display color calibration tool.
1. Open **Settings** > **System** > **Display** > **Advanced display settings**.
2. Click on **Color calibration** and follow the on-screen instructions to improve color accuracy.

### 2. **Adjust Gamma and Contrast**
- Excessive brightness in light areas and over-darkness in dark areas can often be fixed by adjusting **gamma** and **contrast** settings.
- You can use the NVIDIA Control Panel to tweak gamma and contrast:
1. Right-click on the desktop and select **NVIDIA Control Panel**.
2. Under **Display**, go to **Adjust desktop color settings**.
3. Tweak the **gamma**, **brightness**, and **contrast** sliders until the balance looks more natural.

### 3. **Check for Driver Issues**
- Ensure you have the latest drivers for your NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 graphics card. An outdated or corrupt driver can affect display quality.
- Visit the NVIDIA website, download, and install the latest driver for your specific graphics card.

### 4. **Use a Different Connection if Possible**
- VGA is an analog signal, which may introduce noise and lower quality, especially on older or high-resolution screens. If your monitor and GPU support a digital connection (like DVI or HDMI), switching to one of these may improve clarity and color accuracy.

### 5. **Use Third-Party Calibration Tools**
- If you want more precise calibration, consider using third-party calibration software like DisplayCAL or a hardware colorimeter if available.

### 6. **Test the Monitor on Another Computer**
- To rule out any hardware-specific issues with your graphics card or PC, try connecting the NEC monitor to a different computer. If the problems persist, the monitor itself might be at fault.

Let me know if any of these steps help improve your display!
