MSI raider fan heat sink issues

Hi my daughters laptop fan is squealing which means it needs a drop of oil in the tiny bearing and probably not serviceable. its part number is E32-250072A-A02. I ordered on from Impactcomputers.com they refunded my money stating that part is on back order. Does anyone know of a compatible replacement for this part? Or is is possible to take that fan apart and put a drop of oil in it?
